1. Introduction

4. Prices

4.1 All prices are displayed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Shipping is free within Canada unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude duties, provincial and federal taxes (GST/HST/PST), and customs charges if applicable.

4.3 If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and allow you to reconfirm or cancel your order in accordance with Canadian contract law requirements.

5. Orders

5.1 Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

5.2 A contract is formed when we issue an Order Confirmation email.

5.3 Orders may ship from our international warehouse. Canadian consumers acknowledge that cross-border shipments may be subject to duties and customs handling as importer-of-record in Canada.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment must be made using accepted methods listed at checkout.

6.2 All payments are processed securely through recognized third-party providers compliant with Canadian e-commerce security and consumer protection standards.

7. Delivery

7.2 Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. Actual time may vary due to customs processing or regional delivery conditions within Canada.

7.3 Risk passes on delivery to your Canadian shipping address.

8. Cancellation

8.1 Canadian customers may request cancellation within 24 hours by contacting support.

8.2 Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled; however, returns may be requested within our published return period in accordance with Canadian consumer protection rights.

9. Defective or Damaged Goods

If a product arrives damaged or defective, Canadian customers have the right to request a replacement or refund under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Proof (photos/video) may be required for quality and fraud prevention purposes.

10. Returns and Refunds
