1. When will my order arrive?
Our delivery time typically ranges from 4 – 11 business days, including processing and shipping. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes - shipping is completely free on all orders, with no hidden fees or minimum spend.
4. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they’re in original condition with tags attached. Simply contact our support team to start the return process.
5. Who pays for return shipping?
If your item is faulty or damaged, return shipping is free. For returns due to size, preference, or change of mind, the customer covers the return postage cost.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase by emailing us. After that, orders may already be processing, in which case you can request a return once received.
7. What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged item?
Please email us right away with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
