1. When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery time is 7–14 working days, including 1–3 days for processing and 3–8 days for shipping. You can track your parcel anytime via the “Track Your Order” page in our header menu. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.
2. How do I return an item?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Please include the tracking number when shipping back the item. Once we receive the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product or size.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing our customer support team. After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled. In that case, you can return the item after receiving it in accordance with our return policy.
5. Who pays for return shipping?
If you’re returning a product because it’s faulty or damaged, return shipping is free of charge.
However, if the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or preference, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
